Reading Scripture the Anglican Way
There is a distinctly Anglican way of reading the Bible: canonical, creedal, liturgical, and read in the communion of the whole Church across time. This track teaches that way of reading from the ground up: how the canon holds together, why the Old Testament is Christian Scripture, how to read figurally without leaving the plain sense behind, and how the Daily Office and the lectionary form us into patient readers. It is written for lay readers and preachers alike.
